Upper Austria’s capital Linz sprawls along the banks of the Danube and is situated on the ancient Salt Road that used to link Salzkammergut to Bohemia. Thus Linz is an industrial and manufacturing centre with a long history. Today, the thriving town has an international Airport and the biggest port on the Danube and is well known as a centre for education as well.

Linz is a marvellous mix of classic centuries-old European architecture within a modern-day lifestyle. Linz is a lively capital and should definitely be on the itinerary of every visitor to Austria. Linz offers a perfect blend of big town shopping opportunities, cultural activities, and fine wining & dining.

Extreme Sports Cafe has just started offering combined Wakeboarding trips to Austria, and the wonderful area of Lintz…

Check out our Wakeboarding trips for 2006 here…

Snowboarding
Snowboarding!? Don’t worry we also guarantee quality instructions during the snowboard trips. Fetzy will take the very best care of you up on the Mountain. He started snowboarding at the age of 8 and by the time he was 14 he’d won his first competition. He is also The 3 times Upper Austrian Big Air Champion etc…
We snowboard at a Park on the Dachstein Glacier! In the last years, no Park in the Alps has earned so much attention and positive resonance. The fantastic shape and variety of all the new obstacles, bring loads of pleasure, and makes the park a leader in Europe.

Cable Wake
One of the most beautiful and most modern cables worldwide is right next to Extreme Sports Café’s Austrian Wakeboarding homebase. The wakeboarding centre is located in a large recreational area consisting of five Lakes! Equipped with Rainbow Slider, Kicker, A-Frame Funbox and Pussybox for all the core boat riders. In the morning we hire the cable exclusively, and it is our exclusive large playground to mess around in and try things like the indyrobe – short rope, makes everybody fly or the Raley Start -50 km/h no board!

Microlight Flight
Mr. Fetz Senior is a passionate Pilot and has been flying for over 25 years. His first flights were with Paragliders then he moved on to Dragon flying and he finally settled with flying Microlights (ML). Microlights are one of the safest flying things in the air- if the engine breaks down, you still have a comfortable glide back down. After a safety briefing from your pilot, enjoy the fun sensation of flying like a bird, taking off, turning and climbing to cruise height. The Airport we take off from for your microlight flight experience is only 20 min away Extreme Sports Café’s Austrian Wakeboarding homebase.

Massage
After the first few days of fun packed Wakeboarding, Snowboarding or Cable Wakeboarding, when all the muscle aches and pains start to show Extreme Sports Café’s Austrian Wakeboarding Camp will ring our professional Physiotherapist. She will come over to Extreme Sports Café’s Austrian Wakeboarding homebase and will have a closer look at and massage away your aches and pains.

What more could you want?
