Dear All,
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PARTICIPANTS.
Anyone still *thinking* about coming to our fantastic skydiving boogie in Vietnam from the 23rd Feb - 6th March 2008 please be aware that :
1. You must be fully registered with passport, travel and equipment info by the 30TH OF JANUARY, OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE CLEARANCE TO ENTER THE DZ. This is not us making this rule, but the Vietnamese Authorities for understandable security reasons.
2. If you have not got internal flights sorted from Saigon to Nha Trang then you might be on the overnight train!! Again, not us doing that but places on those planes are limited.
3. People hoping to turn up on a daily basis and not stay in the hotel and not be part of the boogie package will also NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE DZ. Again, not us making that rule.. and please don’t say we didn’t warn you - because we did - repeatedly!!!
All of you who have already spoken to myself, Julia or Hank, and are in the system have no need to worry… unless we don’t have the details mentioned above from you and/or your deposits are not in!!
Sorry to be so blunt.. But we want this all to go smoothly and as you all know organizing skydivers is just like herding cats!!
Looking forward to seeing you all in Vietnam.. Honestly!
