For over 10 years Extreme Sports Cafe has promoted the sport of skydiving all over the world.

We have assisted in Boogies, and brought many hundreds of people into the sport in the UK and elsewhere..

We have a wonderful relationship with all countries, organizations, and individuals we know in the skydiving community.

From day one as a company originally founded in the UK we did our best to promote our UK Skydiving Organization. Known as the BPA (British Parachute Association).

Indeed I and many of the staff of Extreme Sports Cafe have good friends involved in the BPA.

Today the BPA attempted to have our web site taken down in the US because we have their logo, linking to their web site, on our front page, along with some information praising them as an organization.

So basically we recommend them as an organization, and they try to destroy our business.

I personally got permission to use that logo and link to the BPA web site when we set up Extreme Sports Cafe all those years ago… Since then the idiots must have taken over.

We have resisted the urge to replace the BPA logo with a penis, or some such other picture, although it was tempting. But Extreme Sports Cafe will no longer assist the slowly failing UK skydiving organization by giving them free publicity, or recommending them as a ‘helpful’ organization, as they obviously are not. Instead we will continue to endorse the USPA (United States Parachute Association), and work with them instead of the BPA, as they seem to understand what the world wide web is, and also welcome companies such as ourselves with a long and trusted pedigree in Extreme Sports.

We will also continue our healthy relationships with various other National Skydiving Organizations around the world.

Martin Shuttleworth you and your ilk are plonkers. And I hope that the UK Membership are happy that their subscriptions are spent on expensive US Lawyers to try and bully our ISP and us, a former friend of your organization.

How much did that cost you? I have to say I am glad we no longer pay fees to you, nor will we ever in the future.. Unless perhaps a public apology is forthcoming.

All the best,
Stephen Northcott
CEO Extreme Sports Cafe
