Hello Skydivers!!
Once a year for the past few years there is a world renown skydiving Festival which takes place in Thailand attracting skydivers and skygods from all over the world. We can offer you an exclusive skydiving Course here surrounded by some of the best skydivers in the world, for an unforgettable experience. There are only 2 slots available hence the exclusive bit….
The Royal Thai Air Force, true to their amazing reputation, will support the Royal Thai Sky & Seafood Festival 2007 in style! Situated on a peninsula right on the Gulf of Thailand, the Royal Thai Air Force Wing 53 Drop Zone is a large, open, grassy airfield between Ao Prachuap and Ao Manao (’Ao’ is the Thai word for ‘Bay’) which opens it’s base up to skydivers for an unforgettable boogie.
Last year we ran some courses there and the students were blown away by the whole festival atmosphere and energy. The advice and help you receive from all the skydivers there is invaluable, not to mention all the skydiving you get to watch. There are world class jumpers, coaches and camera flyers all attending to wow all the skydivers with their advice and knowledge. This is a unique experience as the aircraft available are not available on a daily basis at DZ around the world.
During the festival there are some amazing aircraft available to jump out of. These include Hercules C31, G222 (newer smaller version of C31), BT 67 and last year we also had Huey Helicopters available as well. The planes available are not readily available at any DZ. The festival takes place from 5-18 March in Parchuap.

Please do let me know if you are as excited as us about learning to skydive here as we are. This really is a once in a lifetime learning experience.
Check out what we did last year with Nicole on our blog. She passed her course, became a skydiver and also got to jump out of a helicopter a few times as well.

The course price still remains the same and the accommodation is also still included. You will of course have to bring some food money and a bit extra for all the beers you will have to buy at the end to celebrate becoming a skydiver. There are daily registration jumping fee’s and these you will have to pay for, even we have to pay these, for the pleasure of jumping out of such wonderful aircraft. The fee is roughly only 1000THB.
Do check out the links info and let me know your thoughts and do be ware we will need to have some firm answers and deposits paid within 1 week to guarantee your place for this special course.
Please remember there are a maximum of 2 places during the entire festival for Accelerated Freefall Students.. and it is first come first served, with us having the right of refusal for anyone we feel is not suitable.
Kind regards,

Hi,
I want to get my basic free fall qualification. Is there any room left on the course run during the festival? I will be in Thailand staring the 17th of January 2007. Please give me the dates for the festival. If its full are there any alternative means/locations for getting this qualification in Thailand.
Thank you.
